Aug 7: Purple Heart Day Visit to the State Veterans Home: at 13:00 PM Purple Heart Day celebration to honor Purple Heart recipients residing in the home. Visit with and honor the Purple Heart Recipients at the Veterans Home at 555 E Ajo Way, Tucson, AZ 85713.
Aug 8: Purple Heart Day at Arizona Diamondbacks. Selected PH recipients will be honored on the field before the game. PH recipients have free admission and their guests get discounted admission to the game. See the Department Newsletter for details.
